Working in this sector involves dealing with multiple stakeholders - government bodies, funders, developers and tenants - and we have extensive experience of working closely with this mix of parties to achieve successful results.
Many of these projects are now procured via some form of PFI or PPP route rather than through direct government or local authority funding, and typically involve refurbishing or redeveloping buildings or estates suffering from past under-investment. Our extensive experience in the sector has contributed to a substantial benchmarking database which can be used to support strategic decisions from the initial stages of a project throughout its entire life cycle.
