New Appointment for Bristol Office

Northcroft are delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Davies as Director, based at our Bristol office with effect from January 2009. Paul is responsible for our South West and South Wales operations.

Paul is a Chartered Engineer with a masters degree in business administration and over 20 years experience in the property and construction industry. Paul has held senior management positions with one of the country’s leading property developers, a FTSE 100 plc and a leading international consultancy. He specialises in project management, brownfield development and partnering contracts, and has managed consultancy operations across four key disciplines – project management; cost management; building surveying and CDM-Coordination.

Paul has delivered many high profile projects in the UK and Europe for both public and private sector clients. These have ranged in size from £0.5m to £1.5b across many different sectors including commercial offices; urban regeneration; defence; education; retail; leisure and distribution.
