Role
Northcroft is an international construction consultancy providing tailored solutions to clients investing in construction, property and infrastructure. We have a creative, enthusiastic workforce and an impressive portfolio of blue chip and household name clients. We employ 200 people in 10 offices across the UK and over 550 people in 21 offices in 14 countries.
We are now looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join our London Project Management Team.

Responsibility
The successful candidate will assist and contribute to the profitability of the Northcroft Project Management London Office through business development and the successful execution of work in the Commercial and Finance End User Sector.
The candidate will support the profit centre in making proposals and winning work as well as developing his/her own network of Clients and contacts in the End User sector and in particular with Commercial and Financial Clients.
The candidate will take delivery responsibility for primarily fit out and refurbishment projects across this sector through framework and one off commissions.

Skills
A capacity to work to tight timescales and under pressure is essential as well as a willingness to travel in the UK and overseas.
Must be qualified to degree level and/or professionally as a member of a recognised institution such as MAPM, RICS, RIBA etc with at least 5 years post qualification experience.
