Job Title: Board Director

Steven is a First Class Honours Graduate, a Chartered Surveyor and a Certified Prince 2 Practitioner. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and specialises in providing our Project Management, Lead Consultancy and Client/Employer’s Agent services.

Steven has been instrumental in developing our professional services within the Midlands and heads our Birmingham Office. Steven has successfully managed numerous high value and complex projects and his experience of detailed contractual negotiations has contributed to his success.

Steven’s sector experience is widespread working closely with our Clients to ensure that schemes are programmed, managed and delivered in line with key drivers.

Steven is a Main Board Director and Chair of Northcroft’s Residential Sector Management team
