Job Title: Chief Executive

As Chief Executive of Northcroft, Nick brings thirty years experience to the company both as a technical provider and business manager.

Nick has been involved in major PFI and Facilities Management projects and has expert knowledge on the link between building design and lifetime operations of buildings.

Nick has been involved in the management of large multi-disciplined groups of designers, providing invaluable experience in the co-ordination of various design elements of projects.

Nick's technical expertise has been used in the delivery of a number of sophisticated and highly serviced buildings in the fields of Defence, Healthcare and Education.

Nick has recently been involved in the delivery of a number of large masterplans of University Estates and is also a committee member of the RIBA's HEDQF committee set up to raise quality in Higher Education.
