Ken is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and Project Manager with around 25 years experience in the industry. He has over 13 years experience at Director level and is based in Northcroft's Edinburgh Office.

Ken has a broad range of experience in both Private and Public Sectors including complex projects in the commercial, health, education, residential, hotel and leisure, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

He has considerable experience of frameworks and procurement strategies, conservation and regeneration, business case modelling, project management, lead consultancy, contract administration, cost management, employers agent and the management of external/internal professional teams.
