Name: Nicola Stevens

Job Title: Director

Nicola is a registered Architect with fourteen years of Project Management, Design Management and Architectural experience in the UK, Europe and Asia.

She is currently a Director of Northcroft Project Management, based in London having recently returned form 18 months heading up Northcroft Project office in Paris.

Nicola has proficient management, business development and project delivery experience in multi-national environments, has excellent diplomacy and leadership skills and enjoys developing teams to deliver successful projects. She is a member of the RIBA, ARB, APM, Women in Property and the Design Management Institute. She is also actively involved in developing Design Quality Indicators and is a registered DQI facilitator.

Nicola is a member of the Northcroft Project Management Steering group and Public Sector, Heritage and Commercial sector management groups.
