Job Title: Regional Director

Paul is a Chartered Engineer with a masters degree in business administration and over 20 years experience in the property and construction industry.

He has held senior management positions with one of the country’s leading property developers, a FTSE 100 plc and a leading international consultancy. He specialises in project management, brownfield development and partnering contracts, and has managed consultancy operations across four key disciplines – project management; cost management; building surveying and CDM-Coordination.

Paul has delivered many high profile projects in the UK and Europe for both public and private sector clients. These have ranged in size from £0.5m to £1.5b across many different sectors including commercial offices; urban regeneration; defence; education; retail; leisure and distribution.

Paul is Regional Director of the Bristol office and has responsibility for the south-west and south Wales operations.
