Job Title: Director Project Management

Richard has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry; working as Director of London Project Management he has considerable experience in providing all aspects of Project Management, Lead Consultancy and Client/Employer’s Agent services from Inception to Completion on various projects.

Richard has successfully managed numerous projects in the UK and Europe, particularly within the Education, Commercial and Residential Sectors of the market.

Richard has been instrumental in developing our Project Management services across the UK, especially in London. His sector experience is widespread working closely with our Clients to ensure that schemes are programmed, managed and delivered in line with key drivers.

Richard is a Director and Deputy Chair of Northcroft’s Project Management sector management team.
