Job Title: Director Cost Planning

Terry has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, working as a Director within Northcroft’s London office. He has considerable cost management and quantity surveying experience including all elements of cost planning from feasibility stage through to tender action, benchmarking, cost research and analysis, plus auditing and due diligence work for a range of clients.

Terry’s experience has contributed to his success and resulted in projects being delivered within the client’s budget.

Terry has successfully managed projects in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, particularly within the Commercial, Education, Residential, Leisure and Urban Regeneration sectors.

Terry is the Director of Northcroft’s Cost Planning team based in London and deputy chair of Northcroft’s Sustainability sector management team
