Jonathan has over eighteen years experience within the construction industry, specialising in providing Project Management Consultancy. He has wide experience gained on both new build and refurbishment projects of various sizes and complexities, including close liaison with legal teams and agents instructing property developments.

Areas of expertise include Project Management, Fund Monitoring, Contract Procurement and Administration with particular emphasis on commercial, industrial and housing portfolios both in the commercial and RSL sectors.
