Paul has almost twenty years experience within the construction industry being involved in all aspects of cost consultancy in both the private and public sectors.

During his career with Northcroft, Paul has been involved with major projects including the British Museum ‘Great Court’ and the relocation of a major investment bank to Canary Wharf.

More recently Paul has been involved with a range of key clients working on commercial schemes including speculative developments, mixed-use regeneration schemes and banking sector fit-outs.

Paul is a Director in the London Office and and also Chair’s Northcroft’s Commercial Special Interest Group.
