David has over thirty years experience in major building and infrastructure projects in Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and Africa for Public and Private Sector clients.

This experience includes roads and highways, rail and metros, airports, ports and harbours as well as commercial, residential, military barracks, stadia, historic and occupied Royal Palaces.

Specialist consultancy services include due diligence and technical monitoring, risk and value management, plus claims avoidance and resolution strategies.

David is the Infrastructure Director with particular responsibility for works in the transport sector in UK and overseas.
