Job Title: M&E Regional Director

Derek is the Regional Mechanical & Electrical Director responsible for providing specialist advice and support on mechanical and electrical building services.

His project expertise includes cost planning, procurement, cost and project management of engineering and building projects in the UK and overseas.

Derek is a trained value and risk management workshop facilitator and has a particular interest in sustainable and green building issues and solutions.

Derek co-Chair's Northcroft's M&E Special Interest Group with colleague John Gray.
