John has over 25 years experience in the construction industry with 20 years specialising in Mechanical and Electrical services.

John’s unique understanding of mechanical and electrical services allows him to converse with engineers at a very early stage in the design process thus affording the client’s team with intuitive, accurate, costing saving time and money.

John has worked on many of Northcroft’s most prestigious projects, domestically and overseas, ranging from the most advanced mechanical and electrical technical solutions for the largest dealer floors in Europe, IT suites and data centre alike, Government buildings such as the National Assembly for Wales and Listed buildings including the British Museum as well as iconic Stadium projects.

John is the London Director of Mechanical & Electrical services and co-Chair's Northcroft's M&E Special Interest Group with colleague Derek Farrow.
