Roger has forty years experience within the construction industry, of which thirty four years have been with Northcroft.

With particular emphasis on cost, procurement strategy and contractual advisory services, Roger brings a wide range of experience to Northcroft.

Recent project involvement includes the prestigious Centre for Mathematical Sciences for the University of Cambridge and a new unit for Broadmoor Hosiptal.

Roger is the Regional Director of the Cambridge office and Chair's Northcroft's Healthcare Sector Special Interest Group.
